Fresh pasta is the star here. We created Cinquecento Budapest so that handmade pasta, kneaded according to Italian tradition, would not be a luxury, but an everyday lunch: a little piece of Italy in the heart of the city.

Every day, three different pasta specialties are served, and the selection changes daily. Alongside classics like pomodoro e basilico or amatriciana, bolder Hungarian-Italian pairings also appear. We work only with fresh, high-quality ingredients, preferably local ones, and soups, salads, and tiramisu are also available with the pasta dishes.

Our operation is at fast-food speed, but with bistro quality: you order at the counter, and your food is prepared in a few minutes. It’s a good choice for both dining in and taking away, and when the weather is good, our terrace is also open.
