Data processing purpose:<\/h3>\n  <p>The purpose of data management and processing is to conclude the most suitable valid bank account agreement for you.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>4. Legal basis for data processing:<\/h3>\n  <p>Under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, it is necessary for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a bank account agreement.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>5. Data Retention Period:<\/h3>\n  <p>For 1 year from registration, but no later than 3 months after the bank account agreement is concluded. Lawfulness of data processing:<\/h3>\n  <p>The data controller keeps a record to substantiate the lawfulness of data processing, in which they record the date, platform, and IP address of consent statements made for the email addresses used during data processing. The data controller deletes personal data from the record simultaneously with the expiry of the period specified in this notice.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>8. Rights of the data subject regarding data processing:<\/h3>\n  <p>The Data Controller shall inform you without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request about the actions taken in response to the request referred to above. If necessary, considering the complexity and number of requests, this deadline may be extended by two further months. The Data Controller shall inform you about the extension of the deadline within one month of receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay.<\/p>\n  <p>a) <strong>Access rights<\/strong> You are entitled to request feedback from the Data Controller regarding whether your personal data is being processed, and you may request information about the details of the data processing. You are also entitled to request your personal data being processed from the Data Controller in a portable format.<\/p>\n  <p>b) <strong>Right of correction:<\/strong> You are entitled to have the Data Controller rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay, and you are entitled to request that incomplete personal data be completed.<\/p>\n  <p>c) <strong>Right to erasure (\u201eright to be forgotten\u201d):<\/strong> You can request the termination of data processing in writing via postal mail to the Data Controller's contact email address indicated above, and via a report recorded in the minutes at the provided phone number.
